Rehabilitation and modernization of four main Factories
A strategic step to enhance local production and develop cadres
As part of its efforts to enhance local production and raise the efficiency of food industries, Al Khair Group announced the completion of a comprehensive rehabilitation process for four main factories. These factories include the pistachio factory, the chicken slaughterhouse, the pasta factory, and the wheat mill dedicated to producing semolina for the pasta factory.
This step aims to update the infrastructure of these factories and develop their operating programs, in line with the latest industrial standards. In the pistachio factory, the rehabilitation operations included updating the screening, drying, roasting, and grinding lines of pistachios, which enhances the quality of the final product and increases production capacity.
In the chicken slaughterhouse, the facility was equipped with the latest technologies to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, in addition to improving the slaughtering and packaging lines. As for the pasta factory and the wheat mill, they witnessed significant updates focused on improving production efficiency and ensuring the continuity of providing high-quality semolina used in pasta manufacturing.
The rehabilitation operations also included updating the fire protection system, with the installation of the latest alarms and automatic extinguishing systems, to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment. In addition, the human cadres have been equipped and trained on the latest technologies and operating methods, to ensure that the factories operate with high efficiency and production sustainability.
The company expressed its commitment to continue investing in developing the infrastructure and updating production technologies, with the aim of enhancing its competitive capabilities in the local and international market, and meeting the growing demand for high-quality products.
